Complaints
If you have a complaint about a booking, a refund, something shown on the clock, or how your personal information is handled, email clock@buyaminute.in with "Complaint" in the subject. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month of receiving it.
Reporting something on the clock
Use the report button on that minute's page, or email us the date and minute. Where a report is valid, we remove the content within 72 hours.
Refunds and cancellations
The rules are on the Cancellation and Refund Policy page. To cancel or move a booking, email us from the address you booked with.
