Shipping and Delivery Policy

Buy a Minute sells a display on a website. Nothing is posted or couriered, and there are no shipping or delivery charges.

What is delivered, and when

• Your minute's page. Shown straight after your payment is confirmed, at a private link you can keep or send. Before the minute it counts down; if you booked a gift, it opens sealed.
• The display. Your name, and your line if it was approved, are shown on the clock at this site for the full minute you booked, in India Standard Time.
• The certificate. Once the minute arrives, the same page offers a commemorative certificate as a picture you can save and share.
• Star Map. For a Star Map booking, the certificate shows the real sky over the chosen city at the moment you gave, instead of the sky of the booked minute.
• The video. On phones that support it, the same page can also make a 10-second video of the minute flipping onto the board, to save and share. It is made on your own phone and nothing is uploaded; on phones that cannot make it, the picture and the link work as usual.

How to watch

Open your minute's page, or this site's home page, shortly before your minute. Any phone or computer with an internet connection will do. The clock takes its time from our server, so everyone sees the same minute.

If you lose your link

Write to clock@buyaminute.in from the address you booked with, and give the date and minute. We will send the link again.

If the display does not happen

If your booking is not shown for its minute because of a fault on our side, you can have another minute of the same price or a full refund. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Where the service is available

The site can be opened from anywhere. Payment is accepted in Indian rupees.
